Many host families initially ask whether we have au pairs who are already in Europe. While we occasionally do, these opportunities are limited, as most au pairs are already committed to their current host families.

We encourage families to consider welcoming aspiring Filipino au pairs directly from the Philippines. By doing so, you're not only gaining a reliable helping hand with childcare and light household duties, but you're also giving a young person the opportunity to experience Austrian culture, improve their language skills, and take part in a meaningful cultural exchange.

Filipino au pairs are widely recognised for their caring nature, adaptability, strong family values, and dedication. They are eager to become part of your family, share their own culture, and create lasting memories while supporting your household.

Our Filipino au pairs have already obtained their A1 German Certificate, which helps make the process much faster.

Once you have matched with your chosen au pair, the entire process typically takes around 2 months before she can arrive in Austria. Embassy appointments and visa application appointments in the Philippines are generally available without long waiting times.

We will recommend a suitable contract start date that allows enough time to complete all required procedures, including the AMS application, contract authentication, and visa processing. Our team will guide both the host family and the au pair throughout the entire process to help ensure everything is completed on time, so your au pair can arrive before or on the agreed start date whenever possible.

Yes. We encourage every host family to arrange an online interview with their preferred au pair before making a final decision.

You will only be required to pay the necessary placement fee once you have officially chosen an au pair from our agency and both parties have agreed to proceed with the match.

Our placement service is exclusively for host families who are matched with one of our registered Filipino au pair candidates. All of our candidates have completed our application and screening process and have received their German language training through our agency. This allows us to confidently support both the host family and the au pair throughout the entire placement process.

For this reason, we are unable to process placements for au pairs who are not registered with our agency. However, if you change your mind, we would be more than happy to introduce our carefully selected Filipino au pair candidates to your family. Please note that the airfare is covered by the au pair in accordance with our agency's agreement with our candidates.

The au pair is responsible for the cost of the health insurance. However, the host family must purchase the insurance initially, as proof of insurance is required for the AMS process and contract authentication at the Philippine Embassy in Vienna. Once the au pair arrives in Austria, the monthly insurance cost will be deducted from the au pair's allowance.

Plane Ticket: The au pair is responsible for the cost of her flight to Austria, as part of the agreement between our agency and the au pair.

Monthly Train Ticket: Optional. Host families are welcome to cover this cost if they wish to provide additional support.

SIM Card: Also optional and may be provided by the host family at their discretion.

Language Course: Shared 50/50 between the host family and the au pair, with the host family's contribution capped at €500. Any amount above that is covered by the au pair. The au pair must enroll in a language school in Austria, as proof of enrollment is required for the AMS process when extending her stay.
