Contract Preparation

Once you have chosen your preferred au pair and both parties have agreed to the placement, we will prepare the official Au Pair Contract, send it to both the host family and the au pair for review and signature, provide you with the required AMS application form, and guide you through completing the application and submitting it to the appropriate regional AMS office responsible for your place of residence.

AMS Approval

Once the AMS approves your application, we will guide you through the next requirements and ensure all documents are ready for the visa application.

Contract Authentication

The signed Au Pair Contract will be authenticated in Austria. We will provide clear instructions and assist you throughout this process.

Visa Application

Your au pair will submit the required documents to the Austrian Embassy or Visa Application Centre in the Philippines. We will assist your au pair with the preparation of the visa application.

Arrival in Austria

Once the visa has been approved, your au pair can travel to Austria. We continue to provide support to both the host family and the au pair to help ensure a smooth arrival and transition.
